American Idol Sucks, but, Sanjaya Malakar is a Star

'American Idol' finalist Sanjaya gets support from online community, friends

I can totally understand why Sanjaya Malakar
is getting support. He is the ONLY one this year
with any charisma.

Literally all the others are eclipsed by the
countless hotel lounge singers, from every
Airport Ramada Inn in the country. I've
never seen a less spectacular group in
my life.

After Idol picked that old guy with the grey
head, last year, who couldn't sing his way into
a theater in the round revival of Oklahoma,
I realized that it peaked, and now is in a swift
decline. I can't even remember that weird old
guy's name. I think it was Tyler Something.

To be honest, it's the first season, I have had not
been able to watch the show. I try, out of habit,
but, they really all suck this year. Especially the
girls this year, are so amateurish and sing in
that contrived Whitney Houston style that I
hate. They really really suck. None have anything
special.

Sanjaya has charisma. While he's not the
strongest vocalist, at least he's got a spark.
The others are worse than karaoke bars.
BORING AMATEURS.

Paula Abdul has finally reached
the toxic level after 5 season, too.

Sewage 'tsunami' kills four in Gaza

At least four Palestinians drowned in a tsunami of raw
sewage on Tuesday when a water treatment reservoir
burst, flooding a village in the northern Gaza Strip.

The deluge, triggered by the collapse of a septic system
aid organisations had long warned was dangerously
overburdened, submerged dozens of homes in the
Bedouin farming village of Umm al-Nasr beneath a
cesspool of foul-smelling effluent.

Two women, one more than 70 years old, and two toddlers
aged one and two died in the flood. Fifteen people were injured
and scores more are still missing, according to Palestinian medics.

Village children clung to wooden doors floating on the putrid
waters as rescuers used boats to help the victims.

"The situation is very bad," village mayor Ziad Abu Thabet
said, comparing the disaster to a "tsunami." "Around 70
percent of the village houses were flooded by the waters,"
he said.

Palestinian television and radio opened their news broadcasts
by also describing the disaster as a "sewage tsunami."

My prayers are with those affected. May God be
with you.

John Edwards Should Just Bow Out

I sympathize with John and Elizabeth Edwards,
but, I don't think he has the best intent for his
party. Sure they will engender the sympathy
vote, but, that will only take votes away from
the Democrat's only hope for President, who
I think is Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton can win the Presidency. In
fact, because of my admiration of her, and
belief in her leadership, I have changed my
voter registration.

I have been a life-long Republican, but, I do
not feel the party still represents the core
values which bound me to the party.

I am a new Democrat, and I plan to campaign
for Hillary. If Edwards messes up her chances,
I'll be back on the Republican side, as well as
thousands like me.

Mr. and Mrs. Edwards: Stay home and take care
of the cancer. Stay out of politics. Your presence
is more harmful than good politics. A house divided
cannot stand. If you two love the country, as you
profess, then, you will bow out gracefully, for the
good of the party. Staying in the race is the most
extreme selfishness, and it's transparently wrong.

Scott Weiland, frontman of rock group Velvet Revolver,
has seen his wardrobe go up in smoke and his wife arrested.
The two incidents, which took place on the weekend, were
directly related.

The former Stone Temple Pilots singer’s shoes and suits
were burned in a bonfire by 31-year-old Mary Weiland
on the front lawn of their California home.

She was arrested on suspicion of arson and vandalism,
with damage estimated at some $10 000.

She was booked, according to LA County Sheriff Department
records, at the Burbank jail at 1.25am on Sunday morning
and released a little short of two hours later. After posting
bail of $50 000 she left at 3.10am.

A few hours prior to the bonfire incident, the Weilands were
questioned by Burbank police in connection with an incident
at the nearby Graciela Burbank Hotel.

“Significant” damage had been caused to the boutique
hotel, according to Matthew Ferguson of the Burbank
Police. He told E! News that only Mary Weiland, and not
her husband, was a suspect in the incident.

Obama: Investigate Duke Lacrosse DA Nifong

March 25, 2007 — Another voice has joined the call for
a federal investigation into the handling of the Duke Lacrosse
case — this one with the punch of presidential politics.

Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., in a written response to a constituent,
said that an "independent inquiry is needed" into the conduct of
Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong.

Nifong prosecuted and led the investigation into the alleged
sexual assault of an exotic dancer at a lacrosse team party
in March 2006.

Obama cited the fact that Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C., has
already asked Attorney General Alberto Gonzales for a
federal investigation into Nifong's conduct. ABC News has
learned that similar requests have been made by Rep.
Trent Franks, R-Ariz., and Rep. Tom Feeney, R-Fla.

According to Obama's letter, Jones asked Gonzales to
"review new evidence that Mr. Nifong withheld exculpatory
DNA results from the defendants in order to determine
if his conduct has illegally denied the students their civil
rights as U.S. citizens under federal law."

Obama said of the call for a federal investigation that he
"will be following its progress closely."

When approached by ABC News, Nifong attorney David
Freedman seemed unconcerned by Obama's stance and
said there is no need for a federal inquiry.

"The state bar is conducting a very thorough investigation
into all aspects of Mr. Nifong's handling of the case," Freedman
told ABC News. "It's appropriate for this to be dealt with by
a North Carolina agency, not by someone from another state.
I do not see the need for any other agency becoming involved
at this point."

Defense attorneys for the Duke Lacrosse players say Nifong
withheld and lied about key evidence in the case — specifically,
evidence that DNA from four to nine unidentified men was
found on the accuser's body and clothing.

No DNA from the accuser's rape kit was found to match
samples provided from 46 members of the lacrosse team.

The North Carolina Bar filed a complaint against Nifong for
violating the rules of professional conduct by allegedly
withholding evidence, lying to a sitting judge and to bar
investigators, and making inappropriate comments
about the case in press interviews.

This case drew me in, and I'm so frustrated
today, that I'm back to blogging on my original
blog.



I need to rant about the Seminole Police and
ME Joshua Perper, who I feel are letting a snake
get away with murder.

I do not say that lightly, because, I consider being
falsely accused as bad as being a victim of a crime.

While Anna's death, at 39, was not a surprise, it
was the circumstances leading up to her death,
which mirrored her son's death, at 20, which
should have driven the Seminole's investigation.

Chloral hydrate, is not even legal to prescribe,
for sleep, in the USA, and in syrup form, it was
the first Mickey Finn, and date-rape drug.


I THINK THE SNAKE GOT AWAY WITH DOUBLE
MURDER

Howard K. Stern, in my opinion, is a cold-blooded
reptile, who lived off of Anna, like a parasite. As her
lawyer, he watched as her millions frittered away to
thousands. She allegedly couldn't even pay the
Funeral Home for her son's funeral, in September.



After Daniel's death, she was heard screaming
at Howard, "This is your fault." After that, she
was heavily sedated, and never got back up.
She had amnesia, which didn't make sense to me,
then. Now, with Chloral Hydrate syrup being
administered to her, it makes perfect sense.

Her personal shrink, is another dubious character.
She watched this celebrity cope with her pain by
being zonked out of her brain, yet, the shrink was
constantly looking for stronger drugs to give her.

In MY OPINION, Howard K. Stern may get away
with double murder. He's squatting in a million dollar
mansion that Anna and he stole from millionaire, G.
Ben Thompson.



I hate seeing bad guys get away with things.


A VERY BAD PERSON

I wasn't sad when Anna died, only because Dannielynn,
her daughter, is better off without her. I know that's anun-Christian
and horrific thing to say, yet, most people agree with this statement.



But, I pray to God that Dannielynn is taken away from
Stern, who gives off a creepier vibe than Scott Peterson.
Like the killer O.J., Stern has a pitch black aura, full of
demonic energy, in my opinion.

In the end, OJ will face the LORD, like the reptilian Howard
K. Stern, and that corrupt and despicable shrink.

That bogus shrink has her fingerprints all over Anna
and Danny's death, too. Lightening does not strike twice,
in murders, especially with the same group of sleazy people.

Dear God, I pray that Howard and the shrink, will not
rest until they seek your forgiveness and love. I pray for
Dannielynn. Please return her to her biological father,
and do not let Howard Stern, who got away with two
murders, possess that child any longer. Keep angels
around her, to protect her from killer/s.

Father God, in Jesus Name, wipe that smirk off of
Howard's arrogant face!

Forgive the Seminoles and ME, Joshua Perper,
for their incomplete investigation, preferring to
wrap it up. Saves tons of man-hours and overtime.

Forgive Howard Stern, and those responsible for
their deaths, but, do not let them not have one
peaceful moment, until they are on their knees
to you.

Most of all, stop them before they harm the baby,
or kill others.
