Orthodox Religions, and Homosexuality

Back in Bible School days, my pastors, and elders,
thought, I was suited, to have a ministry outreach, for
gays. This was a wealthy Presbyterian church, who funded
our Jews4Jesus chapter. They had wanted to make a Christian
home, for gay men, and women.

I thought, it was a great idea, but, I was confused, when
they wanted me, to be one of it's ministers. I am not gay,
and it seemed condescending, to have, a female heterosexual
minister, for gay men, and women.

Yet, I was anxious to be useful, and it was an honor, to
be offered a ministry outreach, of any kind, especially,
as a woman, so, I didn't ask questions.

It was eye-opening, how some gay kids, were treated, like
trash, by otherwise, middle-class, educated families. We
got them, after they were thrown out, after coming out.
It was a needed community outreach, to provide shelter,
and other caring, church support resources.

We almost lost our funding, after a gay wedding. was
performed, in our home church. It was technically,
an accident, since, we didn't know, the groom, was
another female. We still stood strong, behind the
couple, we married, because, their families accepted
the union, and it was a done deal. They had official
wedding certificates.

There were grim meetings that ensued. If I hadn't
memorized, the verses, before, I was now, fluent on
their primer, on why homosexuality, wasn't an acknowledged
doctrine, to be embraced. My defense arguments, fell flat,
and maybe, I didn't get it then, or don't get it now. Maybe,
I'm too thick.

All I am commanded to do, in Christendom, is just trust God,
beyond, my own wisdom. I believe, that he had shown me, my
gay friends didn't choose a lifestyle, out of rebellion. I
know, God didn't forsake them, either.

It's not for me to condone, or condemn. The hypocrisy of the
church, bothered me. It's not like a prison ministry, where
men and women, were seeking redemption, after having
committed crimes.

Through no fault of their own, these fellow human beings,
were considered rejects, sometimes, by their own families,
and then, the church. While feeding the body, arrogantly,
and cruelly, tells the soul, that they are depraved, and
unworthy, of the affection of a loving God.

The church doesn't recognize homosexuality. But, God, who
is perfect, does not make mistakes.

I was on a collision course, with authority, over this,
and lost my ministry, but, it was a valuable lesson, in
my own life. I learned to love, unconditionally, and question,
doctrines of my own faith, and then, to take that free fall,
and just trust God.

Only God, changes us. I pray, that he changes me,
from image, to image, of Christ. I can only pray,
he does the same, for my brother, in Christ, whether
gay, straight, or Presbyterian.

It's unfortunate, that modern Christianity, has
condemned, so many, when the study of Scripture,
should provide a more mature interpretation, of sin,
and salvation.

Christianity, has alienated many children of God,
including, many spiritually gifted, gay people,
who are made to feel unloved, and without, a home
in Christianity. This is not by the Law of God,
which provides redemption, for all men, whoever
they are.

While I deplore the double-standards, and hypocrisy,
in many churches, and denominations, at least, most
Christians, do not condemn homosexuals, to death.

Fundamentalism Islam, has a zero tolerance policy,
for homosexuality. Yet, the more taboo, homosexuality
becomes, the more, homosexuality, is practiced, by the
very people, dictating these extreme capital laws.

It's diabolical insanity, what's happening, across the
globe, in fanatical Islamo-fascist nations. They are
killing gays, like the Romans, killed the Christians.

We gawk, and squawk, at Mark Foley, the disgraced
House Speaker, who sent raunchy IMs, and emails, to
young pages. Yet, when we discover this behavior, we
don't order the young page, to be stoned, shot, beheaded,
or hung, like they are doing in Iraq, Iran, and other
strict societies, throughout Islam.

Extreme taboos, always inflame the libido. While the
"Book of Romans," Paul's greatest epistle, has been used
to condemn homosexuals, the Apostle, has many stern words,
to all of us, who behave, carelessly, without true affections.
In the end, all of us, who are born, with a carnal human nature,
are equally condemned, without the cloak of Christ, who is our
righteousness, and whose blood, paid for our redemption.

Most people, who have lived in, or experienced, didactic,
totalitarian theocratic Islamic cultures, report, that
homosexuality, is everywhere, a common practice, between men,
in a society, where women, are despised, and whose spirits,
are snuffed. They do not respect human rights. Why can't
the civilized world, so called, discuss this, until it's
too late?

This is by no means, a hidden practice. More insidiously,
Islamic countries, utilize young boys, as the object of
sexual release. Yet, inspite of these rapes, young homosexuals,
are murdered, perhaps to silence a witness, to their own
homosexuality?

If a young boy, who, has been molested, is discovered, they are
not pitied, but, murdered! Where are the human rights activists,
screaming about this? This terrorized population of children,
and men, have no civil rights!

It is a conundrum, of hypocrisy, and atrocity. It begs us,
to consider, why a culture, with open homosexuality, and
pederast practices, like in many Islamic societies, then punish
homosexuals, and the young victims of molestation, with cruel
death? It is the maddest hypocrisy.

It is far more grievous, than the mistakes, Christianity makes,
in presuming, heterosexuality, is more righteous, than desire
towards the same sex. It is a tragic error to presume, especially,
to the extremes. The truth is, homosexuals are being slaughtered,
in the Islamo-fascist empires, now ruling.

There is vast documentation, concerning the increasing
purges, throughout the Jihadist occupation, and precise
accounts of the murders of gays, increasing, in Iraq.

What are we doing there, if now, gays are being stoned,
and beheaded? Sadam didn't behead, and stone gays. Women
could at least drive and work.

Nazi Germany, was intolerant of gays, and they suffered,
the same fate as other "undesirables" like Jews, Gypsies,
Catholics, and Christians. We're seeing a pervasive, ravenous
enemy, gaining strength, returning, and once again, the blood
from these genocides, happening today. The victims, are the
same.

Isn't it time, for all free people, to bluntly confront them,
and impeach their atrocities?!

It's time for the Church, to take responsibility, for tending
to all of God's children. We need solidarity, between gays,
Jews, Christians, and all free people, who exist
in a diversified culture.

We can't define our souls, by our sexuality. We're not animals.
We're human beings, made in God's image. God, has a place for
all of us. I accept my gay friends' professions, of love for
Christ, as being as equal, to mine, without exception. I have
not lived, a sexually pure, or sinless life, and I can't dictate
anyone's sex life. Salvation, is not contingent, upon our
sexuality. King David, King Solomon, hello? These paragons,
had thousands of concubines.

Only Christ Jesus, is the faithful groom, and true virgin. The
Angels stand before Him.

The fact that homosexuals, are being persecuted, and murdered,
for their lifestyles, is proof, for me, that they belong to God,
and to Christ, in his sufferings, for all humanity.

The philosophy, of strict Islamic fundamentalism, which
dictates murder, as social cleansing, is flawed, as we've
seen, throughout history. It dishonoes God, by killing
homosexuals, Jews, Christians, Hindus, and non-Muslims.
Christ admonished us, to conquer through love, not
slaughter, through enlightenment, not thrusting souls
into darkness.

If we don't defend the homosexuals, being killed, in Iraq,
Syria, and Iran, today, then, in time, it will be all of
us, who face their intolerant wrath. It's exactly, like
it was, with the Nazis, only worse, because, these
slave-masters, will put women, back in the Dark Ages,
and enslave the souls, of the inhabitants of Earth.

They have two mantras, coming to a country near you,
today: Convert or die. If you're a homosexual, Jew,
or Christian: JUST DIE.
